This website is operated as a project of NET MAN, Inc., a Santa Fe website development company, operating since 1996. We have been involved in a number of community non-profit and arts and culture projects, all with the goal of the betterment of life for Santa Feans.
We have bought homes in Santa Fe, grew up here and know the town. There is a disparity between the people who should be able to afford housing here and the people who can afford housing here. This website is our effort to help level the playing field for home buyers and sellers. For Sale By Owner need not be an overly complicated process, and we are here to help you sell your home quickly and avoid paying the ever-increasing commissions to real estate agents. We are not real estate agents or affiliated with real estate agents in any way.
