Here are the steps to listing on this website:
1. What is included and what you agree to for your listing (we suggest printing this page):
- For the introductory special, one-time fee of $350, your one listing will be shown on this website up to one year or until you inform us and mark the property as sold, removed from the market or listed with an agent/broker. No refunds. We ask that you allow us to keep sold properties listed on our site as a service to other buyers and sellers for approximately one month after funding date.
- FREE delivery, installation and loan/rental of a yard sign for up to one year, with your phone number as a "sign rider." Delivery to occur within about three business days from your payment and to your property location in Santa Fe county. For locations outside of Santa Fe county, please contact us. You agree to deposit with NET MAN, Inc. the sum of $100 against damage, beyond normal wear and tear, to or loss of the sign. Notify us of de-listing or funding date and we will come pick up your sign and either drop off or mail you a check for the deposit refund! Yard sign remains property of ByOwnerSantaFe and NET MAN, Inc. Please inform us of the number you wish to appear on your rider/swinger.

- Unlimited changes to your listing information and up to 15 digital photographs. You are solely responsible for the information in your website listing. We reserve the right to terminate inaccurate listings.
- One open house or FSBO directional sign with stake - which you must specifically request before we deliver your yard sign, or you may pick up at our office. You may also order additional signs whenever you wish.

- Optional: Digital Photos If you do not have a digital camera or are unfamiliar with how to upload images, we can help! When we install your yard sign, we can take up to 10 pictures of your property for you, and we will email the images to you and upload them to your listing. You must specifically request this before we deliver your yard sign.
- FSBO MLS Listings for Santa Fe: In order to list on the Santa Fe MLS, you must be a licensed real estate broker. There are online "brokers" who offer "Flat Fee MLS Listings" (search google) for $300 to $500. As ByOwnerSantaFe.com is about owner-to-owner transaction facilitation, we do not offer, nor link to such a service.
2. Sign up for a free account on this site - a valid email address is required to activate your account. Make sure that you are able to receive email sent from info@ByOwnerSantaFe.com. If you do not have internet access or an email account, please contact us.
3. Pay for your website listing
- By Credit Card: Return to the login page, enter your email address and the password that was sent to you by email. Click on the button for "Get Listing Credits" then select the Buy Now button next to Premium Listing. Once you've paid, you'll immediately be able to create your listing!
IMPORTANT NOTE: We use PayPal.com to accept payment for listings. You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal. At PayPal, you can pay not only by credit card, but also by e-Check, bank transfer or PayPal account balance transfer. - By Check (offline): Send a check for the $450 ($350 listing plus $100 refundable sign deposit) made out to NET MAN, Inc. 1231-A S. St. Francis Dr., Santa Fe, NM 87505. Include your name, number and email so we can notify you of receipt - as your bank account contact information printed on your check may not be accurate. Please note "BOSF Listing" in the memo area of your check.
4. Enter & Edit Information
- You Have Internet Access: Use your email address and password (you can change your email or password at any time) and login. Click "My Listing" then "Add Property." You will then be able to enter detailed listing information, edit your information at any time and upload or change up to fifteen digital pictures. To late edit your information, login, then click "My Listings" and select your choice from the drop down menu on your property (e.g. "Edit Property")
- You Don't Have Internet Access: If it's not easy for you to put your listing up using the above method, fill out and then print out this page, fill it out and snail mail it to us at the payment address above. You can also email us at the information for your listing. We'll be happy to enter your listing information, and to scan and post up to five photos. Future textual information updates can also be done in this manner.
